This pivotal location is clearly demonstrated by the access
to transport.
HSBC Centre offers a direct undercover link to Town Hall Station
from where you can travel north, south, east or west without
changing trains. There is also an undercover link to the QVB
Bus Terminal and the Grace Bros. shopping precinct.
Road access to the major ring roads and arterial routes in
and out of the city are all near by, saving valuable time
and minimising traffic frustrations when travelling to and
from the office.

of the City of Sydney has undertaken a major beautification
program of the street including new lighting, new tree plantings,
new street furniture, wider and new pavement surfaces.
